The following Terms and Conditions are a legally binding contract between the customer; (from now on known as ‘you’) and Postaposter.com, which is a registered trademark of Chameleon Digital Imaging Ltd Co. registration 05092360 (from now on known as ‘we, us, our’) This agreement is governed by English law and comes under the jurisdiction of the English courts.

We allow you to upload your own images and designs in order to produce prints and send them back to you via our postal/courier services. We also allow these images to be stored on our servers for other users to look at, download or print. You may choose if you decide for your image to be used by other users or not. You also may choose to delete any images in the future via your own account page however you realise that these pictures may have already been downloaded/printed out while you allowed other users licenses to use them. Postaposter do not claim ownership rights to any images you may upload via our web site however by uploading any files to our site, you grant Postaposter a nonexclusive worldwide license and/or sublicense for publicly display and printing of your works. You will receive a royalty fee of £2.50 from every user who downloads your work or £2.00 from every user who chooses a poster to be printed from your work - as a license to use your work. You may access you account at any time and transfer monies therein (minimum £10) via PayPal to your designated account or you may choose to get a cheque paid to you at your registered address.

Prices shown on our website include VAT, currently at 15%. We can not be held liable for any other taxes or duties that may be imposed upon you. Postage and packing will be listed separately and clearly shown before the order is finalised. You may arrange collection from us if you so wish as long as we are informed by email before the print is dispatched via our carriers.

The purchase price is payable in advance by credit/debit card, Paypal or cheque if so requested. Funds in the form of cheque payments must be cleared first before we can commence printing and may slow down delivery times.

We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time without notice in any circumstance, other than where an order has already been accepted by us.
Prices for delivery may fluctuate in accord with fuel prices passed on to us from our designated carriers.

All prints will be delivered via our designated carrier, we will inform you by email when your print has been dispatched. Your prints will be delivered to the address supplied to us during the ordering process. We aim to dispatch your order the same day as long as the order is received by 5pm. Your prints will be with you the next working day if you have chosen our next day courier service, however there may be mitigating circumstances that may delay your order either from us or from our designated carrier and as such you may not hold us liable for any loss or damage arising as a result of late delivery of your order. We will however refund 50% of the delivery cost to you if you do not receive you order the next working day from the date of shipment if this option was chosen when you ordered your print and on the basis that there was someone in the premises to take delivery of your order after the order was dispatched. Orders taken on Friday before 5pm will be delivered on Monday, unless a Saturday courier delivery was chosen.

Due to the customisation of your individual prints, we can not offer any refund if you are not happy with the print. Statutory rights not affected. We will allow you to cancel your order so long as the order has not been processed and gone to print, normally within 2 hours of your initial email order acknowledgement although this can not be guaranteed. All prints are quality checked prior to shipment, if you find your print damaged by the courier service you must not sign for/accept the delivery. Upon the return of your print/prints we will re-print free of charge the print in question and deliver it back to you at our cost.

You agree and undertake with us that you are the owner of the copyright in any material that upload to our website. For further clarification on copyright check out our copyright page.

We are committed to protecting your personal information (see our privacy policy), we only hold such personal information in order to fulfil our obligations with regard to your orders. We will use all reasonable endeavours to prevent any breaches in security, including card/debit card details provided by you. The digital picture information will be held by us on our servers for a period of seven days from the day of despatch in order to fulfil our re-print obligation should your print be damaged in transit, after that all image files will be deleted from our servers. Your digital artwork will never be forwarded onto a third party unless authorised by yourselves. Any digital picture sent to us on a storage device ie a CD ROM will not be returned but will be destroyed after the seven day period expires. Postaposter reserve the right to make a back-up copy of any digital artwork in order to fulfil our printing obligations to you, however this will be deleted/destroyed after the seven day period from dispatch of your artwork has ended.

You warrant that you will not use our service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose, for the transmission or posting of computer viruses or any material which is defamatory, offensive or obscene, and you accept and undertake that you will be liable for any action taken against us in relation to such use and will fully indemnify us against all actions, claims, demands or costs which may arise as a result.

It is understood that you are solely responsible for the security and use of any user names and passwords needed to access our services.

We shall not be liable for any economic loss, profits or anticipated savings, any loss of goodwill and reputation or any loss of data or any consequential loss as a result of breach of contract and/or negligence. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer on any third party any benefit or right to enforce any term of this Agreement. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these purchase terms. These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any oral or written communication agreements or other representations. We reserve the right to add or change these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice we will however display such changes clearly on our web site. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
